9:00am – 11:50am – Morning Classes (except for Kids on the Creek) meet at the Letcher County Area Technology Center, to the right of the Letcher County Central Hight School, 435 Cougar Drive, Whitesburg, Ky 41858.
9:00am- 3:00pm Kids on the Creek (the arts and music class for 5 to 10 year olds) meets at Cowan Community Center, 81 Sturgill Branch, Hwy 931, Map here
12:00 Noon – Lunch at the Cowan Community Center.
1:30pm – 2:20pm – Master Recitals at the Cowan Community Center:

– Thursday- Cornbread & Tortillas
– Friday- Youth String Band
2:30pm – 3:20pm – Jam Sessions, Youth String Band, and Song Circle at the Cowan Community Center
3:30pm – 4:30pm – Cowan Community Center – Workshops

6:00 Tuesday – Grow Appalachia Dinner 6:00pm at the Cowan Community Center followed by faculty concert
7:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday Square Dances at the Cowan Community Center, 81 Sturgill Branch, Hwy 931, Map Here Community members welcome.
7:00pm Faculty concerts: Tuesday at the Cowan Community Center, 81 Sturgill Branch, Hwy 931, Map Here and Thursday 6:00pm at the Mountain Heritage Stage, downtown Whitesburg. Part of the Levitt Amp concert series – free and everyone welcome. Bring a lawn chair or blanket for this outdoor event.
Friday Wrap Up:
4:30pm – Refreshments and fellowship – Students and their families welcome.
5:30pm– Students Recitals all classes
7:00pm – Last square dance and fond goodbyes.
